Preheat your oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
Over medium heat, take your sauté pan and cook your garlic in 1 Tbsp olive oil – cook until it becomes fragrant and slightly brown.
Add your desired amount of Pomi strained tomatoes (depending on how big your pizza is).
Reduce the heat to allow for a simple simmer – allowing the sauce to thicken for around 10-15 minutes.
Take some olive oil to brush your dough and then spoon on the sauce, leaving around ½ inch around the border. Then top this with mozzarella cheese – making sure not to avoid the dough’s edges.
Then bake for 10-12 minutes.
Once done, remove the pizza from the oven and sprinkle some grated Parmesan all over. Bake for an additional minute until the Parmesan starts to melt.
Garnish with basil and enjoy!
