Thirsty Thursday: Moscow Mule Edition


This is one of the first cocktails I learned how to make, and my appreciation for the recipe has only grown over the years. It’s vodka-based and easy-drinking so just about anyone I serve it to enjoys it.  Plus, it’s easy to keep the ingredients stocked.  I keep some vodka in the freezer and have a couple bottles of ginger beer in the fridge.  Then, whenever the need/urge to make a cocktail arises, I know I only have to grab a few limes on the way home from work and I’ll be ready to go.



Moscow Mule


2 oz Vodka
0.75 oz Fresh lime juice
5 oz Ginger beer


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a tall glass and then add ice to fill.
  2. Serve & enjoy!
