For the next few weeks, Impatient Foodie will be posting Thirsty Thursday cocktail recipes that require only 2-3 ingredients. This is not some stroke of genius, but rather what happens when our cocktail contributor, Noah, goes on holiday and we don’t have the expertise (or patience) to figure out inventive cocktail recipes by ourselves. Luckily, we were able to throw together some pretty tasty combos!
We’re kicking this series off with what Elettra drank on her 31st bday this July while in Whistler, BC. Are you ready? It’s 2 ingredients (+garnish) and it’s refreshing and delicious: San Pelligrino limonata and gin. Here’s how it works:
San Pelligrino Limonata + Gin
1 can of San Pelligrino Limonata
lemon or lime, one slice
- Open can of San Pelligrino Limonata.
- Put it in a glass with ice.
- Top it off with some gin.
- Squeeze in a slice of lemon and lime (if you’re feeling fancy).
- Kick back and enjoy.
